Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects; boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received in order to get a full refund. All of our products are carefully reviewed and quality checked before we ship them off, so if the damage or defect appears to be caused after receiving the product or the product shows signs of being worn we will hold the right to issue a refund in form of a store credit after consolidating with the customer. If the suspicion of abusing these return policies appears to happen more than twice there will be no refund. Any of the previously mentioned claims submitted 15-30 days after receiving the product will result in a refund in form of a store credit for the next purchase after carefully reviewing the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. We will process your return within 7-10* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method, or, depending on each individual case, our customer will receive a store credit. You’ll receive an email from us when the progress is completed. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges.

Drop your labeled return shipment at any UPS Store or UPS drop-off location.
We are unable to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.cesair.co. Please return the product to the original retailer.
*Please note to utilize free returns on cesair.co, the package must be sent from physically within the United States. Please note that the return label is not valid through USPS for APO/FPO returns.

Reasons for Return
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
Returned by Customer – Please contact us before returning any products. Once we confirm the return address you can return the product. Please give us a grace period of 72 hours to respond to your email. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Size exchanges are offered at our expense. For a new order, please contact us via Email and request your updated size. If you are not sure which size to get send us your measurements so we can send you the size that you need.
Cancel or change your order
We may be able to make changes or cancel your order, if you email us within less than 24 hrs. However, if we have already processed your order, you may return your product using our free returns option within 14 days of receipt. Please read out return policies
For personalized or custom products please contact us immediately. Once we started the process we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Occasionally, orders are cancelled by our system if a product is unavailable or if we are unable to verify your payment information, ship to the address provided or detect that this is a duplicate order. We will promptly email you to provide notice of cancellation.
