How do I purchase a product?

Simply click on the image of the product you like to open the detailed view. Then pick your desired size and the option “Add to Cart”.

How can I check the Status of my Order?

If you are a registered Cesair Member (the membership is free) it is easy to check the status of your orders.

Simply log in to your account, go to Order History under My Account. From there, click on any order number for its complete order details, including its tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the shipping carrier’s website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment(s).

If you do not have a Cesair account yet, set one up under “My Account”. You also can track an order by entering your order number and billing ZIP code under “Track your Order”.

What if the product I want is out of Stock?

Sometimes our products are sold out or out of stock. In this case you can add them to your WishList, and you will be informed as soon as they are back in stock. You can also email us via our “Contact Us” – Section with the subject “Out of Stock”.

How can I find out if you still make have past season items in stock?

Send us an Email via the “Contact us” Section with the subject “Past Season Items”.

Why should I preorder a Product?

Sometimes items are in high demand and sold out quickly. That way you can make sure this won’t happen to you. On top of that, you will receive your order as soon as it is available for shipping, before customers who wait until it is available on the website.

How Can I find the Product I am looking for?

Simply click on the Magnifying Glass Icon on the top right, which opens the search bar. Typ in at least three characters, e.g. “Blouse black women” and you will find everything that is related to your search.

Am I obligated to buy everything I put in my Shopping Cart?

Absolutely not. You can put as many items in your shopping cart as you want; when you realize you don’t want a few of the added items, review your cart by clicking the shopping cart item on the top right, and delete the products you don’t want any more. Afterwards you can check out.

What is it, and how does a "Promotional Code" work?

Frequently we are offering so called “Promotional Codes” which allow you to get a discount on certain products. If you are a Cesair Member (the membership is free) you have more likely access to a variety of promotional codes since members will get them emailed on a regular base.

Here is how it works:

  1. Enter your Promotional Code in Shopping Bag or Checkout.
  2. Click “Apply.”
  3. If your Promotional Code qualifies, your deduction will be displayed in the payment summary. To enter more than one promotional code, enter each code individually in the promotional code box and click “Apply.”

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders in the event that an unauthorized promotion code is used.

How do I know if a Cesair product I’ve purchased is a counterfeit?

A counterfeit product is a fake or imitation made with the goal of tricking you into believing it is genuine. Counterfeit Cesair products are typically of poor quality and lack the details that make each Cesair product high quality.

What are the consequences of purchasing counterfeit merchandise?

The purchase of counterfeit merchandise supports its production, which eliminates tens of thousands of jobs held with legitimate businesses, jeopardizes fair wages and workplace safety, and negatively affects economic growth. In addition, counterfeit items may pose a health and safety risk to the consumer. How is Cesair addressing the issue of counterfeit luxury goods?

In order to maintain the reputation of our brand, we take every legal measure possible to stop counterfeiters, and the shops, websites, vendors, and flea markets that sell fake Cesair products. We do not share your information with third parties that will abuse or make profit from your information. We care about your privacy so your information is safe with us.

Do you have a Catalogue?

We have seasonal catalogues and we send them out at no charge, however, you would have to pay for the shipping fees. As our catalogues and products in general are in high demand, we work on a first come, first serve base. So request them early via email through our “Contac us” Section with the subject “Catalogue”.
